The Choir’s tour program, "Striving for These Melodies," holds its focus on music associated with either Britain or the United States, while also acknowledging the influence of choral music and composers from other nations. The repertoire includes music by Tallis, Byrd, Stanford, Todd, Tavener, and MacMillan, as well as contemporary American composers and music from the shape note and vocal jazz traditions. Polish Baroque composer Grzegorz Gorczycki, Canadians Jonathan Quick and Don Macdonald, Latvian composer Ēriks Ešenvalds, and arrangements by Sweden’s The Real Group round out the program.
